Thinking routines and assessment of the unit

In this post I'm going to share  the thinking routine I have planned for my unit and three different ways to assess the student.

The CLIL course teachers shared with us a link with a lot of interesting thinking routines to improve the critical spirit of the students. Here is the link.

I chosen the thinking routine called Creative questions and here is the application of this thinking routine.

Then we worked around the assessment. We learnt the different kinds of assessment and the advantages and disadvantages of these.

I have made a rubric, a self assessment activity and a peer-assessment contract.

In this module I've learnt new ways to present the assessment activities to the students. Activities more visual, attractives and implicatives.

Nowadays in my classes I make the assessment with rubrics, a little bit different but rubrics at the end, so I am familiarized with this kind of assessment. But I never been working the self assessment and the peer-assessment activities. It has been a good opportunity.

I found interesting all the thinking routines and I wish to apply this to the class soon. I really want to know more of this kind of activities.

In the last module I discovered a very interesting topic to work at class: the cross-cultural ideas. I think it is very important to work with the pupils. With the digital resource Symbaloo I made three webmixes about cross-cultural, CLIL and my art unit. Here are the links:
